Serve as an Objective Reviewer for the Indian Health Service

Are you a community member with experience serving and working in Indian Country? The Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) is looking to expand recruitment efforts for their objective review committees (ORC) for their notice of funding opportunities.

The IHS DBH is seeking community members with experience serving and working in Tribal communities to serve as objective reviewers to review, score, and make application recommendation of grant proposals to the IHS for funding that supports programs and initiatives for American Indian/Alaska Natives.

Interested persons should fill out this brief form: ORC Recruitment

If you have experience working in Tribal communities and are interested in being added to the recruitment list, simply include your full name, email, and phone number where you may be reached. Each time there is a funding opportunity, the IHS will contact potential reviewers to submit a brief application to apply to serve as a reviewer on the ORC. All non-federal reviewers are compensated for serving on objective review committees. If you have any questions regarding the ORC or recruitment process, please email Minette.Wilson@ihs.gov
