Jennifer Peacock serves as Program Associate, assisting in the development of youth engagement and leadership programs. In this role, she focuses on supporting programs such as Fresh Tracks and works closely with the Youth Advisory Board. Additionally, Jen works on the implementation and growth of Champions for Change, including national and local recognition programs. Formerly the 2018-2019 Newman’s Own Foundation Fellow, she primarily focused on developing culturally relevant leadership curriculum and program support.

Jen is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she received a B.S. in Cultural and Global Studies as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Through this program, Jennifer played a role in various research projects focused on first-generation student hinderances and ideological diversity in recent graduates. Jennifer assisted in coordinating one of the largest Alternative Breaks program in the nation, which provides students with root-cause based service-learning experiences around the country.

She is currently in the International Peace and Conflict Resolution Program with an emphasis on reconciliation and justice at American University to pursue a Master of Arts. Through this program, Jen intends to engage young people to act as agents of peace and social change.
