The piece I made is personal to me. Growing up I always have had anxiety. I drew this on a particularly bad day. It’s about the anxiety of being in a classroom with peers who could be thinking anything about you. The big eye in the background represents feeling watched at all times. Being native and going to a native school means everyone knows each other and gossip gets around fast. This is also a struggle that worsens my anxiety. This is how this drawing identifies with me.
