This is a piece of pure inspiration. It depicts a warrior of our future. I hope for a future where a woman is recognized for her strength. I dream of a future that cherishes our defenders: police and soldiers. I want to live in a community that honors those that come from a long line of warriors, like my Cherokee ancestors – a sentinel who fights to protect and end wars, not to start them.
