Our Vision is for all Native American youth to lead full and healthy lives, to have equal access to opportunity, and to draw strength from their culture and inspire one another.

Luke Velasquez

Luke Velasquez (he/him) is a citizen of the Tunica-Biloxi Nation. He is currently pursuing his degree in political science at Washington University in St. Louis. Luke has been involved with his tribal government since he was 18 as the cultural chair of his seventh generation council. During this time period, he helped with summer camps for the youth, helped establish a scholarship program for vocational & students in college to fund their journey, and helped moderate his tribal election in 2020. He is a mentee of his Chief and he hopes to lead his nation one day.
