Rhett Williams

Dartmouth Tribal Services and Solutions Project Fellow

Rhett Williams is from Bourg, Louisiana and is an enrolled member of the United Houma Nation in the Gulf Coast region. He is a recent graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in Native American and Indigenous Studies, where he served as the Co-President of NAD, Dartmouth’s Indigenous Student group. Rhett stays connected with his community as a traditional basket weaver, language learner, and by engaging with youth as a Bayou Youth Leadership Program mentor. 

Rhett is working with CNAY as a Dartmouth Tribal Services and Solutions Project Fellow, interning with CNAY for 1 year working with the programming team focusing on outreach in the Southeast Region.

He is honored to be part of the CNAY team, where he is committed to fostering community and furthering overall well-being of Native American youth.
