Our Vision is for all Native American youth to lead full and healthy lives, to have equal access to opportunity, and to draw strength from their culture and inspire one another.

Shikeyah Brunello

Shikeyah Brunello is 21 years old. She comes from the Navajo and Ojibwe Nations. She grew up in Canyon de Chelly and currently lives in California with her aunt and cousins. Shikeyah has great respect for the land. Growing up in Canyon de Chelly her family used the land for everything from food and water to crops- tádídíín and livestock that is used in ceremonies. Shikeyyah is also passionate about art and is very talented at watercolor and gouache. Her favorite activity is swimming.
