The SASP (formerly MSPI) aims to increase access to methamphetamine and suicide prevention services, improve the quality of behavioral health services associates with meth use and suicide prevention, promote the development of new and promising services that are culturally and community relevant, and demonstrate efficacy and impact.
In 2010, Teach For America launched the Native Alliance Initiative to deepen partnerships with Native communities. Today they’re working with Native students and leaders in Hawai’i, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, the Twin Cities, and Washington state.

The Children’s Bureau recommends legislative and budgetary proposals, operational planning system objectives and initiatives, and projects and issue areas for evaluation, research, and demonstration activities. It also represents ACYF in interagency activities to initiate and implement projects affecting children and families.
