About Letkwu’s Project

During their time as a 2024 Brave Heart Fellow, Letwku is creating a resource map of where traditional food can be grown for Colville tribal members. Their ultimate goal is to be able to provide one traditional meal per day for all Colville tribal members. To begin, Letkwu will map all current federal, tribal and state land where first foods can be gathered, and compare that area to the lands needed to achieve their goal.
